Share a web preview

Anyone holding the preview link can open the development website. Share it with people you trust and review the visible content first.

Share the link

   Start Preview

   Open the website preview and wait until ready. If no secure link appears or startup fails, address the message first.

   Copy the preview link

   Use your browser’s Copy link address action on the preview link in the toolbar. Copy the complete link, not just its shortened label; the dashboard address is not the website’s share link.

   Check recipient access

   Open the link in a separate window to check it. If the preview has stopped, return and start it. If the link was revoked, review and send the new one.

Revoke old links

   Open the link menu

   Open the actions menu beside the preview link, then choose Revoke shared links. This requires editing permission.

   Wait for confirmation

   After success, old links and the access sessions they created stop working. A new link appears on the same preview address. Share only the new one with intended recipients.

   Handle a revocation error

   If an error appears, retry and check for success; do not assume access ended before confirmation.

Change the preview address

   Choose Refresh link

   In the same menu, choose Refresh link when you want a completely new address.

   Wait for the new address

   Wait for the update and test the new link. Start Preview if requested. If the refresh limit is reached, wait for the period shown in the message.
