Mobile apps
When the mobile feature is enabled for your project, you can add a native app face alongside the web app, test it on phones, and prepare it for the appropriate release path.
Two faces for one project
Your project in codeyy has two faces that share identity and content: a web face that opens in the browser, and a mobile app face that installs on the phone. You build once, and you have two integrated presences without starting from scratch twice.
How to build a mobile app
- 1
Add the app face
In your project's workspace, press «Add mobile app» — your project gains a native app face alongside the web face.
- 2
Switch between the faces
Use the «Website / App» toggle to navigate between the faces and work on each separately.
- 3
Ask the assistant
Describe what you want in the mobile app as you do with the web, and the assistant builds it, sharing your project's identity and content.
- 4
Preview on a phone frame
See your app inside a phone frame in the preview to make sure it looks and works as you want.
An identity ready for store submission
Preparing the mobile app includes its icon, splash screen, name, identifier, and release metadata. These make the build ready for submission; final publishing still requires a developer account, policy compliance, and store review.
If the app-face option is not visible, the feature is not yet enabled for your account or project. When available, add the face, test on a physical device, and review app identity before preparing a store build.
