Project document

The document brings together the project description, design, images, and plan information. For a new project it forms during the first build; older projects do not automatically receive every section retroactively.

Read the document

   Open the document

   Open Project document in the project tools. Wait for the sections to load; they may continue filling while Codey works.

   Review sections

   Open Overview, Design, Images, and Technical. Planned images may appear before actual images arrive. Use Plan log for previous plans.

   Review or regenerate images

   You can enlarge and download available images. If Regenerate appears, selecting it sends Codey a new request and uses credits. Wait for the task result.

Export the document

   Open Export

   Choose Export, then Markdown or JSON download, Copy text, or Print / PDF.

   Check the output

   Wait for the download or copy confirmation. For PDF, use your browser’s print dialog. If copying fails, retry or choose a download.

Share a read-only view

   Create a link as the owner

   In Export, choose Create link. Wait for the link to be copied and share it. Anyone holding it can read the public document without cost figures.

   Revoke access when needed

   Click Revoke beside the share link and wait for it to disappear. Creating a new link revokes the previous one. If the request fails, retry and verify the result.
