Terms of Service

codeyy is an AI-assisted app-building platform that lets you describe an idea so an AI agent can plan the work, write code, build it, and prepare it for deployment. Features, models, and usage limits may change as the service develops. We will notify you of material changes where required by law or the nature of the change.

• You must be legally able to enter a binding contract to use the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the service for any of the following:

• Any unlawful purpose or anything contrary to the laws of the UAE.
• Creating malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, or content that facilitates system intrusion or bypassing safeguards.
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform, or to bypass usage limits or security measures.
• Misusing platform resources, sending spam, manipulating ratings, impersonating others, or using the service in ways that harm other users.

These standards apply to templates, titles, descriptions, images, ratings, reports, and any content a user submits or publishes. You must not publish, request, or promote:

• Sexually explicit content, child sexual exploitation or endangerment, or content unsuitable for the service's age rating.
• Hate or discriminatory content, harassment, bullying, threats, incitement to violence or terrorism, encouragement of self-harm, or graphic shocking violence.
• Fraud, deception, phishing, malware, data theft, instructions to bypass security, or unlawful activity.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights, or exposes personal data or secrets without permission.
• Impersonation, spam, manipulation of ratings or reports, or misleading or repetitive content that degrades the marketplace.

We may use automated filters, technical controls, and human review where available or when a report is received to prevent or restrict prohibited content. We may reject, hide, remove, or limit content, or restrict or suspend an account. Filters cannot guarantee that every violation is detected, and you remain responsible for submitted content and for having the rights needed to use it.

Before creating public content or publishing a template, you must accept the version of these terms and community standards presented to you. We may subject the template, description, images, and links to automated screening and human review before and after publication. Submission does not create a right to publication.

Users can report content or AI output they believe violates these standards from within the service and can block a publisher to remove that publisher's content from their experience. We review reports within a reasonable period proportionate to severity and prioritize child-safety risk, threats, violence, fraud, and malware. Affected users may request review or appeal through the published support page. We may request information needed to investigate and will communicate an outcome where law and safety permit.

The marketplace in the current mobile-app release is browse-only. It does not offer listing creation, selling, buying, payment, payout, an external purchase link, or a template live demo. Website functionality may differ, and any transaction available there is governed by the applicable offer and payment terms.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to other material. You must review code and content and test security, licensing, and suitability before use or publication. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, or other high-impact decisions. You can report offensive or unsafe AI output from within the app.

The platform, its design, the codeyy logo, name, domain, and all of its software components remain owned by codeyy and protected under applicable laws; they may not be copied or used without written permission.

The projects and code you create on the platform are yours. You grant us a limited license to host and process them only to the extent necessary to operate and provide the service to you.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties. Because it is in an early stage, failures, interruptions, or errors may occur, and we do not warrant that it is free of defects or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, codeyy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

The service may include a free plan and paid plans, subscriptions, or usage credits. Before any purchase, we display the price, currency, what you receive, any renewal period, cancellation method, refund policy, and applicable taxes. Usage credits are an internal unit for measuring the service, not currency or a deposit, and have no cash value unless a separate program expressly says otherwise. Expiration, refund, or transfer is governed by the offer terms and applicable law.

The current mobile release is a free companion/consumption-only app for the codeyy web service. It can show plan, balance, and ledger information and let an existing account use the service, but it does not sell or top up credits, offer a subscription, or display a link or call to action to purchase outside the store. Any purchase separately available on the website is independent of the app and governed by its terms. A later mobile release may use a different payment method to comply with store and regional rules.

We may suspend your account or terminate your access to the service if you breach these terms or where necessary to protect the platform or its users. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may amend these terms from time to time. Any amendment takes effect once posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
